Our main concern is the satisfaction of our loyal customers, and to achieve this goal, we provide free shipping. Our customers should not be concerned about free shipping; when you shop with us, you will notice that we try to ship the ordered product as soon as possible.

We have a lot of warehouses overseas, including in the USA, where many of our products are kept. This makes it easier to ship our products to customers on time.

Our minimal dispatch timing for recorded orders is one (1) day, and the maximum dispatch timing is ten (10) days.

All the deliveries and shipping are made to the addresses provided by the customers. Customers are requested to mention their correct full addresses and email addresses while making purchases.

A picture is sent to the customer if it is requested by them before dispatch. This process will make it easier to avoid inconvenience.

We used very reliable services like DHL, FedEx, Skynet, and USPS. If the order is not dispatched within 20 days, our customers are free to ask for a refund for their ordered products. We do not ship to Russia, Israel, or India due to uncertain situations, long shipping times, and customs clearance, and we also do not ship to Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, OFAC, or sanctioned countries. Fortunately, we are working on this issue and will hopefully come out with a good result as soon as possible.

If more than one product is ordered from our website, we try to ship it in a single parcel, but sometimes, due to customized orders or a difference in order, we have to make an exception and ship it in two or three shipments. As soon as the payment is received, the customer is informed by email.

After the product is dispatched, you’ll be sent a tracking code. Customers are advised to keep a check on the shipment status. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can reschedule the shipment by contacting the courier company directly.

Multiple failed deliveries will cause the courier company to discard the parcel, for which we or the courier company will not be responsible.

The tracking code you’ll be provided with will have a digit-based tracking number, the date on which the order was dispatched, and the expected delivery date. Customers are advised to keep the tracking code handy after receiving the dispatch notification.

We do not deliver to the following addresses due to our privacy policy and the safety of our customers in general: APO, FPO, and PO Box.

When receiving the order, a signature is required to confirm receipt.

We do provide expedited shipping services. Expedite shipping can take up to four working days and costs $19.99. The product will be delivered to your door within the specified time frame.
